"State Farm’s landlord insurance has been one of the most disappointing and costly experiences I’ve ever had as a property owner. When my tenant committed fraud, caused extensive property damage, and left me with significant financial losses, I expected the coverage I had faithfully paid for to actually protect me. Instead, State Farm denied my claim and offered absolutely no meaningful assistance or support.

To make matters worse, when it became clear that my property management company had been negligent in screening and handling the tenant, State Farm provided no guidance or legal support in addressing their role in the loss.
