"I highly do not recommend State Farm for an insurance. I have had nothing but issues with them for the 6 months if not year. Two months ago I called and canceled my policy with them and they said they would refund me and I have yet to see that refund. Everytime I call I get the run around and was told today basically that I don’t get a refund. Not only that but they kept raising my insurance literally every month with no explanation as to why. And lastly they kept saying I was putting on over 12,000 miles a year on a car that never gets 3,000 miles a year and I had also sent them proof of that. I have never had such horrible customer service with them until I moved here!"
